Call me Vita, a cutting-edge Socio-Political Researcher, ethnographer  with primary research interest in Post-Colonial, Global Justice: Redistributive Justice, Environmental Justice and Reparative Justice. I had more than 7 years working as a researcher, anthropology specialist, and coordinator of discourse and training development in an NGO such as Agrarian Resource  and 12 years of learning Anthropology, Sociology, Political Science, and Economy.

An archive of life in motions

For about 12 years (2013), I have been in a constant and continues training, learning, and experimenting to understand, document, and capture narratives about people on their moves, transition, and transformation, as well as the unevenness and nuance of development (in Indonesia). I spent most of my 20s researching about research itself in-through my social circles, Indonesia and Germany. After finishing my training on the field, mastering methodology, theoretical foundation, and development discourse to gain critical insight about how the world works, operated, can be understood, and experimented with deep reflection about self-others, life, I wanted to share the learnings and archive of life in motions.

Potitionality

I did not started big and loud. I started small, tough, full with patience and determination as I myself did not grew up with privilege. Although, growing up unprivileged taught me so many things and angles about a person, community, and society and its progress through ’embodied ethnography’ — participating life itself as a marginal, a woman with dreams, and a researcher who lives the life to the fullest, in this avatar and body.

This is not for me, this is for us through me. Here I am as a messenger of life and living through my context, potitionality, and conduct.
